Can it post to Facebook pages or just on profiles?

Applications posting to Facebook profiles is no longer supported by the Facebook API. Only Facebook Pages have this support.

What does Custom Share Messages do?

Revive Old Posts by default shares the content set in the “Post Content” option on the “Post Format” settings for the specific account.

If the option set is “Post Title” then ROP will share the post’s title as the caption for that share. However, it’s possible to override this by creating share variations for individual posts. Learn more.
